Purchased as guest

I pre-ordered Cold War as a guest checkout on the Microsoft store. I never received a code and didn't screen shot my order number. All I have as a proof of purchase is the charge to my debit card. I waited on hold for over an hour today just to be told that
they can't give information out. How do I get the product that I purchased? The rep told me to call my bank and tell them it was not an authorized transaction which I find stupid bc I would have to replace my card and delete the information from my all accounts
it is saved to.

Is there a way to validate this?

Hello purchased the game as a guest?! What account would the game be linked too??? You never put your microsoft email address or gamertag in AT ALL during purchase??? I think you should call in again and speak with a different rep. Only thing you dont
have any order numbers either....was their any reason that you signed out as a guest and not with your actual account??

The trial may very well not allow guest play, if you wish to have guest play, simply purchase a gold LIVE membership!

anyone can sign in as a guest as long as the main player is the one with the gold account

guest accounts cannot get achievements

you can purchase a family plan for 99dollars which gives access for 4 accounts to access Live for 1 year
