    Hi All,

    Yesterday I logged into the Xbox One X and purchased 'Apex Legends - Bloodhound Edition'. This was primarily for my Son as I don't personally game very often. Under my profile, when I launch Apex Legends, I can see the Bloodhouse updated features. However when we switch profile to my Son and he launches the game, he cannot see the Bloodhound features.

    If he exits the game and searches the store for the same purchase, the manage button says 'You Own This'. I have checked the Personalization settings under his profile and the same console is set as the Home Xbox. There are no content restrictions on his account, so I am baffled as to why the updated features/purchase is not available under his profile, but are under mine. Can anyone help?

    items like this are simular to season passes in other games, they are only available to the account that purchased it, as this is not a DLC as such but a consumable (as its termed).

    That’s correct, the Family Gold offer is no longer available for purchase. The Family Center experience with settings management, allowance granting, child activity reports & family subscriptions management are still available for current Family Gold members
    at this time.
