Purchased Apex Legends 4,000 (+350 Bonus) Apex Coins, but it's not appeared in my Xbox game

I did follow your instruction (power off Xbox completely for 1 min, and power on again), then open the game and the Apex coin still not available in my account.

Then I tried the Support Chat and the representative ask me to send another refund request. (BTW, the supportive staff Nico is really helpful)

Another refund request was submitted, wish it will be refund before long.

Thanks for your reply! I did the purchase around 18 hours before and the Apex Coin still not appear in my game account.

I did buy overwatch credit before and it appeared in my game account once I finished the purchase. Not sure what's the reason of failure for this time.

sometimes you may have to wait for the purchase to actually go through. how long ago did you make the initial purchase?

be sure to check if the transaction shows at
http://account.microsoft.com

If it shows then please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

And power on the game to see if the coins are showing up.

If they are not showing but the transaction is then it might be best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Support Chat at
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
