Purchased and downloaded game on windows store but game requires controller

Hello, I downloaded some game titles (e.g. Ninja Gaiden) from Windows Store, however I cannot play the game as it requires controller. The purchase page indicates that I can run the title in my PC without any issue and hence I made the purchase. Is there any way I can switch the controller to play on keyboard instead?

Thanks Jonny. If that's the case I would seek a refund to the MS store instead. I'll also provide feedback that the title is unplayable using keyboard.

NOTE: If the purchase was recently made, the refund option will not appear until 24 hours have passed from the time the purchase was made.

It can take up to 72 hours to receive a decision but usually a lot sooner than that.

In the event that a refund is approved:

Once a refund is approved, you'll be notified via email, and the funds will reach your bank within 3-5 business days (depending on your bank)

In the event that a refund is denied:

There are many scenarios Xbox takes into consideration before they deny a refund including but not limited to Game-Play time.

If you choose to appeal the decision, you will need to copy the reference number you get in the response email and post that in the subject field, and respond to that email to appeal the decision.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.

It is not a requirement to join the Windows Insider Program in order to download Minecraft for Windows 10. You just need to purchase a license to play form the Store and then install it from the Store. I've never seen Minecraft require someone to join the
Insider program just to download the game.

Did you purchase the game from the Store? Please check your

This isn't exactly a question, more a statement, but since you posted this in the Question area.

If a device doesn't support a disc then the other option would be to purchase/download a game via the Windows Store, which is available on most if not all Windows 10 devices.

Keep in mind that games may require specific device requirements before it can be installed/used
