Purchased an Xbox one and did not receive my 50,000 rewards credits!

I purchased an Xbox one on 11-24-2016, after receiving an email stating I would receive 50,000 rewards credits for upgrading from an Xbox 360 to a new one. It has been 15 days and still no credits. Whats up?

2nd post missing 50,000 rewards

i purchased the Xbox One S during your 50,000 promotional period, waited the 15 days after it shipped and HAVE NOT received my 50,000 reward credit!

Look up my account and provide my credit!

 

Xbox Live Rewards Credits

I recently purchased the limited edition gears of war 2TB Xbox one S on the Microsoft Store online. I did this through their Xbox Live Rewards promotion in which you receive 50,000 rewards credits. I was wondering when those credits are credited to my account
as the Xbox is almost delivered. Thanks hope to hear from the Xbox team soon.

The Credits have been pending in your account since the sixth. This means they should be deposited in the end of month deposit. For reference, all Credit events can be seen from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
