Purchased Age of Empire 2 Definitive Edition, the game wont download

Just purchased the game of Age of Empire 2 Definitive Edition last night. After payment when clicking Install the game, immediately an error message shows "An error happened on our side" and the game wont download.

Tried this morning again the issue does not go away and the game still does not download.

Can someone help what could be the solution for this problem? I am using Windows 11.

In this case, kindly try to install it on Xbox App.

Tried both solutions from the link:

1) I have the latest updates of windows;

2) The code for PowerShell does not work. Access denied

It can be the game itself. Kindly clear the cache of your Microsoft Store App by typing “Wsreset” on your search bar then run as administrator, wait for Microsoft Store to launch then restart it.

Thank you so much for the update, if there is an option to cancel the download on Microsoft Store App please do so and then restart both of your PC and router before trying to install the game directly on Microsoft Store App.
