    Purchased add-ons not installed, but says it is.


    Case No.: [Mod Removed].

    Purchases made recently: Order [Mod Removed] & Order
    [Mod Removed]    .

    Plus 'free' cars from the 'autoshow'.

    As you can see from the case No., I've got a problem of non-installed cars & packs.

    The game Forza Horizon 2 is saying they're all installed but they don't show up in my cars (garage).

    I should point out that I uninstalled my disc version & re-installed the Xbox Live Gold free version in the last 4-5 days.

    The downloads & purchases were made in the last 2-3 days.

    Game add ons

    I just purchased the Xbox one and have downloaded advanced warfare. I also downloaded the add ons I've purchased but can't use them during a game. I purchased the camo pack and it shows up in my games and apps as installed but its not available in the game.
    What do I do?

    people have no insight on any purchases..

    You could try a power cycle

    Or reinstall the DLC and maybe even the game

    Keep in mind the cars are not automatically added to your garage. You have to purchase them in-game. They should show as free at the auto show.

    It turns out that when purchasing DLC or redeeming a code, while the add-ons will automatically download, they won't automatically install. I figured that I'd post, step-by-step, how to install those add-ons.

    To install the add-on for use, here's what you need to do:

    1.Go to "My games and apps"

    2.Move the cursor over the game or app with the add-on in question (don't hit A)

    3.Press the Menu button

    4.Select "Show all add-ons"

    5.Select the add-on you're looking for (it should say "Ready to Install")

    6.Press A and select Install

    7.Wait for the install to finish, then play and enjoy.
