Purchased Add-on is now saying it was never purchased

Hello.

I had bought an Add-on about 3 years ago, I have had no issues with it until now. It says that I do not own it when it was clearly in my Add-on page. I decided to uninstall it and try to reinstall, instead when I looked in ready to install, it wasn't there. I checked the store and it said that I had never bought it, even though I have and poured HOURS into the DLC. Really annoying.

I turned off the Xbox, restarted it. Nothing works. If it helps, the game is Black Ops 3 and the DLC is Zombies Chronicles. I own every other DLC on there and they are completely fine and playable.

Just a really annoying issue that came up.

I also have the same problem.

I tried to purchase points and magic 2012. After many tries, it seemed to let me purchase points, but then it never updated my points total. After a few tries at purchasing magic 2012, it let me purchase it, but it didn't let me install it. Xbox live
says that my paypal account is not valid, but my paypal account was already charged for the points. My xbox account also says that magic 2012 was purchased, but I can't install the game.

When I try to purchase points via xbox.com, it says that my paypal account is not valid. When I try to add a credit card, it says that my credit card number is invalid.

Is there something wrong with xbox live right now?

I've nevwr never seen anything that says Ultimate gives discounts for in-game purchases. The discounts would only be for games and add-ons in the Xbox store.

Same problem here. Downloaded the add-on via website. Started the 360 and it downloaded the files I purchased. Went to run Your shape FE, It say I purchased it, but the PLAY IT NOW greyed out and I cannot select it (WTF). I have multiple consoles in
the house but only one with my login ID. The rest are mediacenter extenders.

MICROSOFT-> I Will never purchase anything without a dvd because you cannot be trusted!

Keep in mind the cars are not automatically added to your garage. You have to purchase them in-game. They should show as free at the auto show.
