    Purchased AC: Liberation, but won't show up in my Game Library on Xbox One to be installed


    Hi all.

    So with the new Xbox Backwards Compatible sale I was happy to see that I could finally purchase and play Assassin's Creed Liberation on the Xbox One, and proceeded to purchase it. However, after purchasing it, nothing happened. It didn't go into my download
    queue, it's not in the Installed nor Not Installed list.

    I verified that this game actually is available on the Xbox one, see the picture below from the store where I bought it.

    Any idea how to fix this?

    I tried to, I went to customer support and they suggested I post here, since their phones were out of hours and they dont have a chat anymore apparently.

    Hi! make sure you are signed in with the account that bought it. You may also try to powercycle your xbox or redownload your profile.
