    I purchased a Xbox One over Christmas for my son. I have Xbox Live Gold and we had no problems with him sharing the account on the 360. We can not seem to get it to work on the Xbox One. I have tried everything I have found on the net. He can not play Titan
    Fall because it keeps coming up that he does not have Xbox Live. It works fine for me. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

    Bought a Xbox One for my son for Christmas and he can not play Titans fall. Have a Xbox gold account.

    I bought a Xbox One for Christmas to replace his 360. He can not play Titian Fall because he does not have Xbox live. I do have xbox live and he had no issues with his 360. i went though everything suggested online but still he is not showing in my family
    on the xbox. what do i need to do?

    Titan Fall edition redemption of Titan Fall fails; and two Xbox One in same house causes Live issues.

    Two separate issues, first on is related to redemption of Titan Fall on Xbox One Titan Fall edition; after installation and update, the Xbox One started without issue:

    - Added 3 account to the console:

    + Adult account with Xbox Live Gold expiration June 2015

    + Child account: son 1

    + Child account : son 2

    Added Promotion Code for Titan Fall download; downloaded, installed.

    Launch Titan Fall and we get an error that says the Game is not owned; with an option to cancel or purchase. Purchase takes us to the store and has a price of $59.99. As previously mentioned, this is the Titan Fall edition of Xbox One, which includes the
    game, we applied the code included in the box. Tried doing it a second time, but with the same issue.

    Second issue, is that this is our second Xbox One in our home, the other one is in our family room. This Xbox One has the physical copy of Titan Fall and it works fin for any of the aforementioned accounts. However, our sons want to play against each other
    in separate rooms, and sometimes with their own friends. Now that we have the second Xbox One, their profiles keep signing off on the other Xbox One.

    If son A is on Xbox One:1 and playing a game or doing watching a movie, the Kinect recognizes him and signs him in. When son B goes to the room with Xbox One:2, he is logged on with Kinect. At the same moment both Son A and Son B accounts are logged off
    on the other console. What is the proper way to get two separate Xbox Ones setup in the same home.

    BTW, one is set as the "Home Xbox", the other is not.

    Into second day....

    well who knows whats really happening but i played titan fall for 2 days then this came up never had a problem i have xbox one sign in that console recover but i cant do anything in 360 and its weird. but im not playing in xbox one my brother plays there
    so im only using 360 and its fu#@$#BS i cant play and i just bought titan fall for 360. ww if they dont fix this by monday ill sell xbox 1 and 360 real talk.

    Just got off the phone with a great rep. from xbox support. He has set me up with the advance replacement option, so a new xbox one is on the way(hopefuly with a working disc drive :p) and when it arrives I'll put my non-functioning one in the box and send
    it away. It took some time but I am very impressed that this is an option, I can keep playing my digital copy of titan fall in the mean time.
