Purchased a Xbox One a week ago and now you say free Forza 5 with purchase !!!

Was wondering for people with recent purchases right before this new promo was announced if people can get in on this?

To add to this info, Forza 5 comes with a free week of xbox Live...so what account are you using to play Forza 5?

 

Gift card not received after purchase

I purchased a xbox one s on December 27th, 2017. The deal was the Xbox one s it came with battlefield 1, The crew, forza horizon 3 and a $50 Microsoft store gift card. The gift card card was suppose to be email 5-7 days from the purchase and it has been
a week since the purchase date. I haven't got the email.

 

Hey InfiniteHERO, Unfortunately that isn't possible. Since you just bought the console you should be able to return it for a refund and get the forza bundle when it becomes available
