    Purchased a used xbox360 how do I get original owner info off


    Hi I purchased a used 360 I registered and signed into my live account . I tried to purchase a game I was playing the original owners information keeps coming up with his billing info. How do I take all of his info off and get mine on

    Downloaded games can only be run online on LIVE

    I replaced my Xbox360 console because of the RROD old one. I used the original harddisk on new Xbox360. It works.

    Here is the issue:

    The games I purchased before in the original harddisk can be only run online in Xboxlive. I can't open them offline. Purchased a used xbox360 how do I get original owner info off :(

    But I can run them both online and offline on my old RROD one before.

    And I've also done the authentic thransfer on my new Xbox360.

    How could I do to make the download games run both online and offline?

    I own an xbl account for a relative in the UK, but their xbox360 was purchased in Canada, and is used in Canada. Any way to bypass this nonsense??

    You aren't legally allowed to use his account and worthy of a console ban and an perm ban from xbox live

    Accounts are not transferable

    Xbox One your console is locked

    If you can't get back to original owner to get more details, I'd say contact support for more info. On the forums no one has access to such info.

    Hi! My name is Ben a fellow member here in the community, not part of Microsoft. Hope you are doing well!

    Let us try if this will work for you to reset the Xbox 360 pass code. First, sign in to your Microsoft/Xbox account on this page https://account.microsoft.com/devices and register your Xbox 360 device.

    Once done, locate your registered Xbox 360 console and select Show Details. Select Manage, select Reset passcode, and then follow the instructions to reset your pass code. It might show you series of buttons that you need to press, just follow the instructions that it will display to reset the passcode.
