Purchased a game, played less than 2 hours and want a refund!

I recently purchased Dragon Ball fighterz from the Microsoft Xbox Live store. I played less than 2 hours and the game is severely buggy to the point where is almost unplayable. I contacted Microsoft support to ask for a refund, I was referred by Jeff from
Microsoft to contact Bandai for my refund since Microsoft supposedly does not accrue the income for it even though it was purchased on the Microsoft store. I then contacted Bandai and they told me the exact opposite that I should contact the retailer of the
game which is Microsoft Xbox Live. I want my money back for this game considering that if I would have bought it from a brick-and-mortar store they would have taken the game back for a full refund please answer back with what can be done in order to credit
my account for the $60 plus taxes for this game. You can see in my account that I have a service request number to which I was referred to Bandai and given the email address. I have attached the email that I received from Bandai telling me that I should be
contacting Microsoft in order to gain the refund considering they are the retailer of the game.

You can get a refund if you digitally purchased the game through the store, and have played less then 2 hours, and purchased it less then 2 weeks ago.

You can do this from account.microsoft.com

I called them, and while on the phone they told me, they couldn't do anything but Bandai could, Bandai informed me that Microsoft would have to give me my refund.

Try checking on your
order history, select the game and check if you can request a refund (theoretically yes, because you played for less than two hours)

 

Yea, I've tried that too... This sucks because I just want my money back. It's a digitally downloaded game is not like I can take it back to the store. Xbox /Microsoft should issue the refund!
