Purchased a game but haven’t received it

    Purchased a game but haven’t received it


    I purchased Hunt: Showdown yesterday, immediately after an error message popped up so I assumed I’d just wait until later to buy it. Went back an hour later only to find that the £35 had been taken from my microsoft account balance yet the game still had
    the option to buy but wasn’t installing. I’ve tried everything I can think of, restarted my console, signed out and signed back in. The game won’t even appear in my order history so I can’t even request a refund.

    anyone have any idea how to fix this?

    Am not currently receiving Microsoft reward points for purchases in Microsoft Store nor am I getting credit in Punch Card for said purchases. How can this issue be resolved?

    Wanted to thank you for the update. I haven’t been as fortunate, as I still haven’t received points or credit towards my Punch Card for movies purchased. Will continue to wait and will hopefully receive points and credit for Punch Card before month ends and it resets. Hope you have a great day.
