Purchased a game but doesn’t register

I recently purchased a game on the xbox store and for some reason the store wont let me downloaded it onto my console and says that i have to buy it again, wven though its in my order history. Is there anything i xan do to fix it?

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

What can I do if game doesn’t register my microphone in or on?

I know that I registered my Xbox One S but it doesn’t show up in devices. I tried putting in the serial number again but that doesn’t work.

My constant registers the internet but it doesn’t say it’s set up when it clearly is. Everything I try doesn’t work

Give it some time and if it doesn’t register before the end of the month contact Microsoft Support.
