Purchased a game and now it will not play

One more point, I see that you are an independent Advisor so you probably cannot check my account. I already tried to check and didn't see any record of it, so I must be mistaken and will try to purchase again. I do appreciate your assistance.

So here's what happened. RDR has 2 versions on the store. The Story and the Online. The Online is the base game and without it, you can't play the Story mode. Now what happened was, the Online was on Game Pass for a long time so all players needed to do was purchase the Story edition to play.

Now the Online was removed from Game Pass recently, making the Story Mode unplayable. In order to access the Story again, you'll need to purchase the base game, once that's done, you'll be good to go.

Thank you Jesse for your reply. I did not order the online edition, I ordered the full story edition. It may have included the online version, I don't know, I never used it. Also, I ordered it separately from game pass. When I go to the order page, it says "manage" now, so I really thought I paid for the game once already.

I tried to find the record of my order of the game, but couldn't find it. Is there a way for you to check my account and confirm I never paid for it? I guess I most concerned about losing all the progress I made. Thanks for your quick response.
