    Purchased a game and it says i do not own the game, but my bank shows i paid for it.


    Yesterday i paid for the digital bundle that includes destiny and all of its curret DLC but when i check everywhere on my xbox it ahows i do not own it at all. When i checked my bank info and purchases ive made it shows ive paid the amount the bundle cost.

    Borderlands 2 DLC

    I have tried suggested solutions of clear system cache delete content etc. In downloads it shows as purchased, but when I try to go there it says I do not own it. Yes it's with the original ID that paid for and downloaded it.. VERY irritating.

    My FIFA says I do not own it but I do

    My FIFA was working perfectly fine and now it says I do not own the game but I do.

    If it's not in your "ready to install" list then try deleting your profile then turn your console off by holding the power button on the front of the console for a few seconds.

    Restart your console,re download your profile & then check your "ready to install" list again.

    Tried removing the account and re-signing back in and it still saying I need game pass to purchase the game...
    As I said my bank shows I paid for the subscription on the 10th of December.

    I'm sorry you've been experiencing issues with your games.

    Unfortunately, some Xbox Network services are currently down, resulting in gamers having difficulties purchasing/launching games and starting cloud gaming sessions. There is currently no estimated time on when this will be resolved, so I'm afraid all we can do for now is wait and monitor Xbox's official sources. This is already being worked on, so hopefully, it won't be long before this is resolved.

    * In the meantime, doing a power cycle might help:

    - Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds, until it shuts down.

    - Unplug the power cord from your console for 3 minutes (If you have the original Xbox One, unplug the power supply from both the Xbox and the outlet).

    - Plug everything back together and turn your console on.

    * If your console is designated as Home Xbox, you could also try going to Settings > General > Network settings > Go offline, and see if games work that way. Of course, this would only work for offline games.

    If this doesn't work, then I'm afraid you'd need to wait for Xbox services to be restored.
