    Purchased a game and it said it's installed but can't find it in my games..


    Had no problem with the purchase. Tried restarting the console. It's still not there. Went to the store and it says it's installed. It's not in the queue. Where is it?

    I can't delete DLC from Xbox One.

    I have purchased and D'led the frontier and expedition dlc for titanfall but I don't have the game yet. But out of curiosity I am trying to find the dlc on the xbone but I can't find it anywhere yet the store says it's been installed. Is the only way to
    delete it by installing the game? This seems like a strange oversight on MS.

    Taptiles problem

    im having a problem with the taptiles game, I played it one night and the next day I couldn't find it on my Surface again and when I went to the app store and looked it up it said that it was already installed on surface but like I said before i can't find
    it, please help!

    Sorry to hear it. Can you try heading to My Games & Apps and scroll right until you see Ready to Install? The game may not actually be installed but be waiting to install.

    The first thing you will want to check is that you are logged into the actual account that was used to purchase the game. (physical copies will not carry a digital license as well)

    Now, the good news is, Microsoft provides all of their players with a fully detailed list of purchases that have been made through the lifespan of the account. At no time will our purchase history be altered and at no time will purchases be removed.

    Can you please let me know what the status of your purchase shows up as?
