    Purchased a dlc but it is not downloading and still wanting me to purchase it.


    I recently spent £23.99 on the rainbow six siege season pass but it Came up with an error message so I tried again to purchase it, the error message popped up again and when I looked through my emails I saw that I had been charged twice for the dlc but it
    has not downloaded and still wants me to pay.

    Any solution to this???

    still having issues with TTK

    i purchased TTK on release and i signed in today to play. everything the requires TTK is locked and my account is the owner of the dlc. i already tried resrtaing my console and re-downloading the dlc and still have the same issue. please help. not only is
    my gf required to purchase the dlc, but my best friend paid for it twice for his xbox one, lst i checked destiny dlc can be transferred between the owner's account for 360 and one

    Purchased A DLC, Didn't download, Took my Points

    So I ended up purchasing the "Cerberus Network" DLC for Mass Effect 2 last night... Or so I thought.

    When I clicked to confirm purchase all I got was an error message, which I quickly dismissed as any other glitch. After the message I had to go back to the dashboard. I went to see if the DLC was downloading and it wasn't. I made an attempt to re-download
    it, but when I got to the "Cerberus Network" it said it was still un-purchased and I am now down 1200 MS points.

    Long story short, I bought this DLC... which, yes is under my billing transactions, yet it has not given it to me... it wants me to spend another 1200 MS points to purchase it... Needless to say I am frustrated. Help is appreciated.

    Same thing happened to me with Fifa !6 I have been on the phone for an hour doing pointless tasks.

    I am in shock, disbelief.

    Again I am talking about online xbox download purchases people, read my posts! Are you saying XBOX Live should not be expected to honor online download purchases? Is XBOX Live on the Xbox One so different from 360 that they can not honor online download
    purchases, content, dlc, that they purchase? They are still selling the games and dlc on Xbox One, I purchased it on 360, why should I be forced to purchase it again? How reliable is Xbox ' digital purchases, based on what you are telling me, I should not
    expect it to be reliable at all, therefore you are arguing in my favor, Xbox Live online purchases, downloadable content, rentals, not purchases, they can take them away, therefore don't invest in them, that is my arguement, the end. It is still "xbox live"
    on the Xbox one, I purchased them online via xbox live, strange... it is like you want to be ripped off. I come from a generation where purchases were honored and consumers have rights, this new digital generation baffles me. It is digital content, unreliable,
    so I would encourage people, like me, who want to have a collection, get a hard copy with collector and resell value, the end.

    I'm having the same issue with Outpost Kaloki X, was purchased around 2010 so purchase history doesnt go back that far. On my 360, I can play the full game and have taken pics from the DLC page showing purchased, and download history. The current store page doesnt even show the DLC as purchased, as if it is a separate game listing....

    Other games purchased back then that ended up BC are showing fine, but this one wants me to purchase again.
