Purchased a disk game but was wrong game in the box!

Thank you for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Since you purchased the game on disk directly from a retailer and the game disk inside the package was incorrect, then you would need to return to the retailer for an exchange.

Can you list some of the games you actually purchased that also have the PAL designation on the disk and the game box? I'm curious to see if the games you purchased from SA are actually Region Free and not region locked. That's essentially the only real
explanation why your other games would work even if they say "PAL" on the disc and the box.

Home Xbox is about if to play on the same purchased game license - or?

Mostly digital purchases.

And if having bought games on optical disk - you can have them installed on both - and just have disk inserted for the person that want to play at a given time.

So to switch home xbox might not be needed at all - depending on how and what you play.

Somebody correct me if I am wrong.

I don't see why they just don't pack a disk in the box instead of the download crap. My internet is not that fast either and i would rather have the disk in hand in case something goes wrong.

There could be a problem in the disk you will might have to buy a new disk there could be something wrong with the data that is in the game or a bug is in the game
