Purchased a bundle and it's not on my VUDU account!

Bought a bundle on the xbox one and it's not available on my vudu account. Microsoft pulled the funds from my account and contacting Vudu was useless cause they say they see nothing on their end. Microsoft, what's going on here?!

Can you watch movies on your android phone or is it pointless to purchase them when your only choice to watch it is on the One or 360 ?

There is a way to do this. You need a vudu account and a Movies Anywhere account. You than use movies anywhere and link both you Microsoft account and Vudu account to this account. Most of you movies will than sync to Vudu ( Disney Movies might not).
You than use Vudu on your phone to watch the movies on your mobile device or other devices that support vudu.

I use these account this way. Buy using movies anywhere itunes will also sync.

You can watch your UltraViolet movies/tv on the VUDU app on Xbox One. If you go to your account on VUDU, you can link your Ultraviolet account so they can be viewed from Flixster or VUDU. Hope that helps.

You have to address it with vudu as thr purchase was made thru them

In app purchases are thru the vendor as per the refund policy

If they couldn't proccess it then no ms can't do anything about it

If it had been a xbox store purchase then you can contact xbox

But since it's a vudu same with Disney plus or google YouTube premium purchase (now that Google movies is gone )

You have to address the library with them
