Purchased 99.00 digital download that is supposed to give me both 360 and xbox one versions ...

I purchsed the 99.00 download pre order on my xbox one and am entitled to the copy for the 360 , I even contacted the publisher who said it didn't matter if I purchase the game on the xbox one that I was still entitled to receive the free ga,e on my xbox360.
I did the same thing with my ps4 and had NO PROBLEMS downloading to both the ps4 and ps3 . It shows in my account that it was purchased but for some reason it still WONT LET ME GET MY 360 VERSION! ! No wonder playstation Is pulling ahead of xbox, you would
think that software issues would be the last thing I would have to deal with considering that software is what microsoft is known for? So fix it PLEASE! GAMER TAG

Can you Download XBOX 360 version of game for free ii you buy Xbox One version?

I have both XBOX One and XBOX 360, I want to purchase LEGO Marvel digital Download.

If I purchase the XBOX One version, does that give me the ability to DL the 360 version as well?

 

Inquiry about Digital Backwards Compatibility

I have purchased both the digital and disc versions of Crysis 2; the digital version had some unfixable glitches, and so I got the disc version. Since I do not have the digital version of Crysis 2 currently installed, I was wondering if I would still be
able to download it (assuming it becomes backwards compatible) on the Xbox One when backwards compatibility fully launches, since I still paid for the digital version. Or, will I have to re-download it onto my Xbox 360 before I can download it onto my Xbox
One?

 

I've also just gone to download on my 360 as I though it gave you licence for both consoles (purchased on my Xbox One for £54.99) but it wants to charge me £49.99 :-/

 

As far as I noticed the deal was buy 360 OD version get the Xone OD version for free

 

This should have been applied to the 360 version only, but a fix should be released for sure.

 

It's always been a free UPgrade, not downgrade. You had to have purchased it on the 360 to get it free on Xbox One, not the other way around.

 

According to the developer it does no matter if you purchase the 360 or the xbox one version, y Pl u get BOTH VERSION . I also purchsed on the ps3 and got the ps4 version free it doesn't matter which system or what order according to the developer there
is even a video that states the same thing. So, where is my free version for tthe 360!

 

I'm sorry, but you seem to be grossly misinformed about the deal. Both on the Official Call of Duty website as well as the Official Call of Duty YouTube, it states that they offer a free digital upgrade, not downgrade. They do state that you keep both licenses
for the game once you upgrade, meaning you can still play the last gen version if you wish. But no where does it state that you can go from the One to 360 for free.

 

I'm sorry to inform you that I CALLED as well as the link they sent me indicates it indicates available either way you choose to purchase I also purchsed on the ps3 and had NO pro let getting the ps4 version it DOES NOT MATTER, the license is for bot the
generations of consoles no matter which way or what system ypu purchase on..or am not here to debate just to get it straightened out with xbox team!

 

Well these are a community forum, you aren't going to get a response from the Xbox team. Also you mention you had no problem going from the ps3 to ps4 because that's an UPGRADE. You're wrong, you should be an informed consumer before making purchases and
throwing a hissy fit
