Purchased 360 digital version and not seeing free upgrade on the one.

Still asking me for 59.99 to buy.

Xbox 360 and Xbox One transferability

If you buy the digital version on Xbox 360 there will be a free digital upgrade to the Xbox One

 

Destiny Digital Download for 360 and Free upgrade to Xbox One version.

I have read on bungie site that if you buy the Xbox 360 Digital Download version you get a free upgrade to the Xbox version. Is this right and can you buy the 360 version of Destiny on the xbox.com website and still get the free upgrade to xbox one destiny.

 

If you are trying to upgrade a couple hours after it came out why not just get the version that you really wanted to begin with??

 

so that we get it on both for the same price rather than having to buy it twice. im in the same boat - it just says "unavailable" on the store.

Same here. I have the game downloaded on my Xbox 360 upstairs but downstairs on my Xbox One it's still showing as £54.99.

 

I've got a feeling that we will only be able to download it on to our Xbox Ones tomorrow.

 

Activision support on Twitter are telling people who want to upgrade that you have to wait till the 4th

Yea love how they tell you have to wait a day later AFTER you've already bought it...

 

well now it's 14:40 4th November in the UK and I still can't download the game or get a reply from Xbox support or Activision support!

 

I spent ages trying to find info on this as my misses is at home waiting to play it on the Xbox One using my account as I purchased it on the 360. A guy from Microsoft Support called me by requesting it and let me know they class this as a "known" issue
and should be resolved in a few hours but only after he was going to get me to remove my profile and power off my console etc. to see if that was causing the issue first.

I'm guessing it's to allow the pre-orders more time so it's only gonna become available at 9am somewhere in America which so far seems to be getting further and further west! Meanwhile, she's just finished the first mission on the 360 vesrion... probably
using my account since there's no family sharing on the 360!

 

Come on xbox what are you playing at . We get told we get a free upgrade. And yet I don't see it . Yes I can still play on my 360 and we get the xbox one game free . But when will this happen . Help us all out and give us some feedback just like you ask
us to do . Just one thing you don't give the feed back !!!!!!

 

This issue should've been noproblem in the first place ......where's. support ...I jus want to play it on Xbox one now 360 is bootleg
