Purchased 3 months Xbox live for the rocket league promotion, nothing received.

? Spent over 2+ hours, after being told firstly it’ll come within 2 weeks, 2 weeks came by (middle of June) nothing, called up - was told I would receive the game by 31st July. Nothing has been received, not even a message from the assistant who was helping
with the case.

Now people are having to spend even more time trying to get help with this issue, so excuse me for saying but I’m pretty annoyed by the situation as I feel like we have all been left out in the cold from disorganisation from both microsoft & psyonix

Free copy of Rocket League with 3 month xbox live

After seeing a recent promotion to get a free copy of Rocket League when purchasing 3 months of xbox live between 12th and 30th June I purchased the 3 months of live on my x1 on the 18th June. I have not received a code for Rocket League despite being billed
for the live membership.

Could this be investigated thanks?
