So I purchased a Xbox Live 3 month code from Walmart that included a $10 xbox store code. While I instantly received the 3 month code, I never received the $10 store credit. I have contacted Walmart 3 times and they insist that nothing else is coming from
them. On the 3rd time of contacting Walmart, they then told me that Xbox themselves would be crediting me $10 automatically. This has not been the case either.

Just wanting to know where my $10 credit is.

Did Not Receive 10$ For Purchasing 3 Months of Xbox Live Gold During The Promotion

I purchased 3 months of xbox live gold through the dashboard during the promotion but never received the 10$ that came along with it. I am especially disappointed because that was the resin I got the three months. If Anyone could help me, that would be great.

Missing components from a purchased deal

Hello everybody, months ago I purchased an xbox live package off of my xbox. This was around the time of the DLC pack 1 or 2 for Black Ops. The package came with 3 months of gold membership and was supposed to come with 800 microsoft points. When I purchased
this pack, I received the 3 months gold membership but till this day I never got the 800 microsoft points. So i was wondering whats up with that.

Hi, it was purchased from Amazon UK. I have managed to redeem the code for the 3 months Live Membershio without any problems. I am just getting the error message for the £10 credit code.

Ok the free Gold weekend makes sense. But when I signed up for Live it didn't tell me I had 1 month free Gold. I've never had a Live account before and I bought the console bundle new at Walmart. The flyer said it comes with 1 month free of Gold. Was Walmart
supposed to give me a card with an activation code on it? There was nothing in the box and I wasn't handed anything at checkout.

Im not allowed to buy xbox live gold but the money is in my account it will not purchase the 3 month for $14.99.

Xbox credit on your account cannot be used to purchase memberships such as Live or Game Pass. You can only use a credit card, paypal or a pre paid membership card purchased from your local retailer.

Yes you need to go to Walmart or target and get a live gold gift card with 1 month 3 months or the whole 12 months. Whatever length you want you buy. (They come in preset time increments.) And purchase that and go to the proper settings to add the back of the card numbers. And then you'll be able to connect with friends via game chat etc. Without live. Gold you won't get these options.
