Purchased 24: Live Another Day Season Pass yesterday, cannot play episodes on 360, Xbox One or ...

Yesterday I purchased 24: Live Another Day on my 360 and found that I cannot play the two episodes on my 360, Xbox One or Windows 8.1 PCs.

The two episodes are visible on all platforms, but I cannot play them on any platform. On the 360 is says both episodes are Ready to Watch, but when I select either one it takes me back to browse episodes. On Windows 8.1 on my PC when I select either episode
I do not see the Play or Download options. I can play the free Jack is Back Preview video on any platform. I tried refreshing my Purchase History and Restoring my purchase on PC to no avail.

I've had multiple issues with Xbox Video in the past, not sure why I made another purchase on this platform. I saw the episodes were available so I thought it would actually work as intended. Microsoft was happy to take my money, yet I cannot access my content.

Season pass episode download issue.

I have purchased the "Unbreakable machine-Doll" Season Pass.

For some reason on the Xbox Video App on Windows 8.1, I'm being told I'll have to purchase the newest episode "Facing "Sword Angel" II (Subtitled)"

As I've purchased the season pass I don't see the reason why I would have to purchase the episode.

I'm able to watch the episode no problem on my Xbox 360.

I like to download the episodes on my PC after watching it on the console.

So this is a bit of an upset and I'm here to ask that you get this issue fixed.

TV Show - Bates Motel - Season Pass wont play second show on Windows 8 PC

I purchased the season pass. The second episode wont play on PC without purchasing the episode. It does play on the XBOX and the first episode still plays on the PC.

 

The fact that the episodes cannot be played on any platform sounds like a definite issue. You should contact phone support to see if they have any more info on that one.

Yeah I'll have to give them a call. In Windows 8.1 it still shows me owning the series, but today when I select any of the three available episodes it asks me to pay for them.

 

I saw the offer for Season Pass to 24: Live Another Day & I wanted to buy it coz I love 24. I had to wait til today(Tuesday 19th August 2014) before I could afford it & now I find the Season Pass isn't there anymore. Maybe because so many people are having
issues with it. I too am going to give them a call...
