Purchased 2 DLC's for KoA: Reckoning

So I recently purchased 2 DLC's for KoA: Rekoning. I purchased both the Finesse pack and the armour and weapons pack. I am fully aware that the items are obtainable from a chest in town. The items that should be there are not. What I have tried to fix
the problem: I have restated the game. I have turned the Xbox off and on again. I have cleared the cache. I have deleted all DLC including the game and re-downloaded I have turned my Internet off and on again. I have started a new game on the game. None of

I have also found other people on other forums having the same problem. How are you still legally allowed to sell something which clearly doesn't work and clearly have no intention of fixing? I either want my money refunded or this problem to be solved. Preferably
within a year...

Mass Effect 3 and KoA: Reckoning

 

The "Weapons & Armour" bundle contains the "Finesse Pack" which may be causing some issues since there would be two copies of it on your HDD. I'd recommend deleting the finesse pack, clearing your system cache, and then power cycling your console.

 

Just tried that and it's still not available to me in game.

 

Should I phone Xbox support or something?

Other than VisageOfAnAngel, I'm really not happy with the lack of support...

 

Did a bit of research on this for you. Apparently all four of these content packs are bugged on the 360 version and since the developer has gone out of business the chances of it being fixed by EA are too low to actually say.

Your only real option left is to phone support and ask for a refund. They don't have to--and usually won't--give you one but given the fact that the development studio closed down and the IP rights weren't able to be sold they might in this case.
