Purchased 10 and 5 dollar reward cards and 10 percent back.

Hello, I purchased both a 10 dollar and 5 dollar rewards card using gems, it was stated they would be deposited in my account within 96 hours, it has been longer then that and have gotten niether. Also after the past few months
i have not been getting 10 percent back on purchases, i am at the highest reward level there is hence the 10 percent back. I have not rushed to inquire about these problems but in regards to the 15 dollars that should have been in my microsoft wallet by now
i wanted to use towards the purchase of far cry 5, I would appreciate the time taken to make the deposits and correct my account. Good day.

still haven't received my$10 back in my rewards for my purchase someone said you only get $5 back I'm a 10percent back member have been for over 2 years spent $100+tax please this is ridiculous. 10 percent not 5 3 or 1 10 percent on any digital game
purchase plus the 5,000 point pre-order.

Support will check into the VIP rebates, keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, preorders, and any content that counts towards another offer on the site will not count towards your rebate. But as far as the credits, when you redeem rewards
credits, it takes 96 hours for them to be added as pending to your rewards account. Once they are pending, they are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the
month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Regarding your Vault Credits, from the FAQ:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Therefore, since you claimed your Credits and they were placed as pending in the latter half of March (March 20th), they will be a part of the mid-April deposit. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page (Xbox Live Rewards).
On this statement you will also be able to see that you have received your MyVIP payback on a consistent basis over the last few months. You may have missed them since MyVIP payback is placed as pending as a monthly whole by the 15th of the following month.
You may have received these Credits as pending and they were deposited before you were able to review them in their pending state; by default the MyStatement only shows pending Credits. If you are inquiring about March payback, as mentioned, this is awarded
by the 15th of the following month, as stated in the FAQ:
