Purchased 1 month Xbox Live Gold, have not recieved it yet

Hey!

For some reason, my Xbox account has not been upgraded to Gold status despite having just lost about 11 dollars from my bank account. Could someone help me out with this?

No free month of gold for cloud storage failure

I recently recieved a message on my xbox saying i will recieve a free 1-month credit towards my gold membership, and i did not have to do anything to make it happen. I have not yet recieved the free month.

 

GTA 5 $500,00 code not recieved!

I recently purchased xbox live gold, around the start of september, and it said i would recieve an email with the code for $500,00 of gta 5 in game cash however i still have not yet recieved this...

 

Hey there, to get it to sync up sometimes you just need to do the following:

Deleting the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache, restart the console and re-download the profile.

Delete and re-download profile:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

Clear system cache:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

You can also make sure the membership purchase was successful by checking your commerce page here:
commerce.microsoft.com

I have yet to try those things but I will very soon. One thing that makes me very skeptical is that the transaction is not even listed in the commerce page, despite charging me?

 

So there is no record on the commerce page, but you can see it through online banking?

I would be fairly worried about that, it's also suspicious that you gamertag hasn't turned gold yet. You might want to contact phone support is re-downloading your gamertag doesn't work.
