    Purchase won't show up in order history


    Hi. I bought Minecraft for windows 10, the purchase went without any problems, but it isn't showing up anywhere. It's paid but my order history and purchases aren't showing anything.

    Bought RDR 2 Story mode through XBox Store and can't download it on XBox

    XBox order history only goes back 3 months (which is very inconvenient), so the game won't show up there. But it shows up on my Microsoft account purchase history.

    I included the image of the purchase in the original thread and now I'm adding one one detailed here.

    I already removed and readded my account from the console and I also reset my XBox while keeping my games and apps.

    Still nothing.

    Microsoft store lost my purchase history

    It's likely you're not logged into the account that purchased it. Purchases will always show up in the order history, even if you uninstall them.

    I made three attempts to purchase DLC in bulk but the bulk purchases did not complete however I was still charged for the three attempts, what can I do?

    Thats what throws me off though, my bank account shows as the purchases going through, not as pending, but the completed orders don't show up on my order history, just the individual broken up purchases, so I am a little confused

    I would also recommend checking you account to make sure it is in your purchase history.
