Purchase with account balance

Discus and support Purchase with account balance in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I do not have the option on the purchase page to use my account balance and am wondering why.     I do not have the option on the purchase page to use my account balance and am wondering why. I have not been able to find any information about this and this is the first time I've come across this issue

    I'm sorry to hear that it's showing no balance on your account. I would recommend for you to check your

    Order History     to see if there hasn't been any recent purchases with your account balance. If there's no recent purchases I would suggest for you to contact

    Live Support.

    Hello, I had credit on my account. I was sent an email to reactivate said credit. When I go into my account it now has $0 credit in the reactivate area. Where did it go? I want it back. thank you

    Are you using the One to make the purchase? The store on the One/website have never been updated to use the Microsoft account balance for 360 content. You would have to make the purchase from a 360 console in order to do so.

    As stated on our
    Xbox 360 Marketplace troubleshooting guide    , if you'd like to use account balance to purchase Xbox 360 marketplace content, you'll need to do this on an Xbox 360 console.

    Problem solved. Microsoft balance is a second page option for purchase if full Ballance is not sufficient to cover total cost. This info might be helpful if published in a section of the FAQ.

    If it's not showing on the 360, but you do see your balance at
