Purchase stuck on Status: unknown

I've bought a season pass for a game, purchase history on the internet doesn't see it, but my xbox can see it. I can see the order number and date of purchase etc etc but the order status says it's unknown. I've waited about 3 hours for it to do something,
but I guess it's stuck. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Purchased it about 3.5 hours ago. When I try to contact support it gives me "we are currently experiencing technical difficulties, try again later" and " you can't use calling or chat for this problem"

It must be server sync then. Again, I suggest patience or contact support when available, payment and billing. I understand how you must be feeling. I would also on your place. But this Covid situation is affecting everything.

Hello, just hang tight at times they dont sync right up with each other. You can see it one place give it time it will eventually show up in the other place.
