    Even companies like Microsoft can learn from their mistakes - they're proving that with the reversal of their DRM policies. I'm sure anyone who purchases an Xbox One will have very little to worry about...

    Sadly, Once a purchase has been made, it cannot be reversed. An accidental purchase of the wrong DLC is an unfixable accident.

    Thanks for taking the time to reply.

    As the purchase is not in your Microsoft account order history, this means the purchase didn't go through.
    However, if you were charged, that transaction should be reversed in a few hours or up to 48 hours.

    You could try re-trying to make the purchase or wait this time to see if the transaction is processed or reversed.
