    Hello there, I have recently bought Battlefield 4 for Xbox One and I am not satisfied with my purchase. I bought the game through Xbox funds and not a Visa by the way. Through research online I found out you are liable or 1 refund each year or only 1 time.
    If this is false I am sorry to be wasting your time. If I do get a refund though, but not near the full amount, I would rather not have the game refunded. The reason I want to refund my game is that the motion blur gives me headaches and there is no option
    to turn it off

    Well...customer service...

    I've had one refund done in the past and it was over an accidental purchase of Battlefield 4 season pass. The lady handled it really well and explained to me they are not suppose to refund stuff like that but since I called immediately she authorized the refund. My intentions was to purchase the game and season pass together but chose the wrong one.

    Can I get a refund on DLCs?

    Unless there's a certain reasoning, no refunds on digital purchases. You should know this.

    Purchase Refund

    As a rule there are no refunds on digital purchases but you may get a refund if a game is broken.

    You would need to contact support
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us     but they are under no obligation to give you a refund.

    The only valid reasons for a refund are, the game doesn't work, or it was a purchase error. Other than that all digital purchases are non refundable and therefore no refunds.

    You could try contacting 1-800-4MY-XBOX to ask, but generally speaking, all sales are final.

    I purchased Lords of the Fallen in the live marketplace and it is by far the worst rpg Ive ever played. Im looking for a copy of Two Worlds to get the bad taste out of my mouth. So now I can't even get a refund or at least have something to trade in. Lesson
    learned...I will no longer purchase games in the xbox live market place.
