Purchase Problems

Hi, every single time I have been trying to get something on the Avatar Store, I get the message, "Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com, please make this purchase from your Xbox." Except, this is the message that appears WHEN
I try to get something on my Xbox. I have tried it on Xbox.com also. I am unable there. I have tried multiple things, including a hard reset, changing some things in Privacy and Online Safety, but nothing is working. Can someone please tell me what to do?
Also, I have a child account.

Purchase Problems

Everytime I try to purchase a game or rent a movie and error code pops up: HRESULT: 0x80080300 CV: Q2T1iFeaE2dy03x.12

I tried to go to my billing info on my Xbox however it would not let me in to that information as well. A message appears saying that it is momentarily inaccessible; its been 2 days.

Any ideas?

Puchaseing errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at
http://billing.microsoft.com and
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues. After that try purchasing on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that account, console and store region match, using different regions van cause issues too.

If it's just avatar items and 360 content that gives you that message, it's because you're on a child account and would need to use a 360 to make those purchases due to child restrictions. If you get the same message on One content, you would need to try
adjusting your purchase settings from your parental account.
