    Purchase Problem

    So awhile back I purchased Banjo Kazooie in the XBLA. My account was later suspended but my arcade games could not be played on a different account even though I downloaded them to my hard drive. Is there any way to receive this game again without purchasing
    it a second time? Thanks.

    For refund you can first try the auto function in
    http://commerce.microsoft.com     if doesnt get, you will need to contact the official Xbox Support. They are the only ones that can determine if a refund is possible or not.

    It's some sort of billing issue. Go to billing.microsoft.com and make sure all of your information is correct and up to date. If you can't fix it there, call support and talk to billing and they will help you sort it out.

    Puchaseing errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and
    http://account.microsoft.com/services     for any outstanding amount issues. After that try purchasing on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that account, console and store region match, using different regions van cause issues too.
