Purchase problem on xbox.com, game not in install list on xbox one console

i recently purchased deadliest warrior legends on xbox.com

so I am still waiting for it to show up on my xbox one console

its not in the install list

You do not need an Xbox One you should be able to purchase the game using xbox.com and the game should be sitting in a waiting to install list on your new console when you log into it.

Are you trying to purchase Gears of War 3? Purchasing Xbox 360 games is not currently available through the store on the Xbox One console - you'll need to use an Xbox 360 or Xbox.com to complete the purchase, and then the game will appear in your Ready
to Install list of My Games and Apps on your Xbox One.

Are you signed into the same account on Xbox One as you used to purchase the game?

If so, you may want to try a power cycle (support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console) as that will sometimes fix this issue.

Also, can you confirm that it was Deadliest Warriors: Legends that you purchased? It seems there are other games in the series - The Game, Battlegrounds, and Ancient Combat - which are not compatible with Xbox One at this time. If it's one of those three
you purchased, that would be the reason it's not showing up on the Xbox One.

Yeah Its signed in with same account, done the power cycle

And I'm 100% sure i purchased deadliest warrior legends

Its still not there

 

You know what... I just double checked and it turns out

That I bought 'the game'... Is there anyway I can refund for legends in any way?
