Purchase pending

I ordered an xbox one series 2 controller about a month ago. The purchase still says pending but i was already charged $200 but havent gotten any conformation ablut if its been shipped or anything. So can i get some answers on why i habent gotten my controller?

So like any normal person i used a paypal to but dead by daylight credits but i noticed i didnt recieve them but it said i have a pending order or i have to claim it

Done fixed the issue

What i did when it happened was contacted microsoft amd they was able to refund it then i repurchase it
