    Purchase on wrong account by accident


    Hi, just asking for help or some advice! I normally have two accounts logged in on my Xbox, however I made a purchase on the store which was fifa 18 icon edition to them realise I bought it on the wrong account (this account). My account got locked on fifa
    17 for an unknown reason which means if the purchase goes through on this account all of the add ins I will lose due to not being able to use the online features Purchase on wrong account by accident :(. Can anyone tell me how I could possibly cancel the pre order or change the purchase and link
    it to my other account so I know for sure I will get what ive paid for!! Thanks.

    Sadly, Once a purchase has been made, it cannot be reversed. An accidental purchase of the wrong DLC is an unfixable accident.

    You would have to call support to see if they could just re-issue the time left, but I don't think they can do that. You'll probably have to purchase a new subscription.

    Hi and sorry your having g trouble.

    I'm afraid it's not that simple.

    If you've played for a certain amount of time then it voids the returns policy.

    If you go to the live chat at the contact us page and type speak with an agent you should get to someone who can help you more than we can as we are just the help team with no powers over xbox.
    I have come in contact with the contact us team, and they also felt the same empathy. But it was also outside of their power. It hurts to see that the most helpful people don't have much flexibility when it comes to certain policy problems. I wish there
    was a way to reach out to those with more administration over certain Xbox problems. To have to acknowledge petty mistakes now puts incredible strain on a consumer, especially those furtive terms and conditions that only the most dedicated would read.

    If there's any way I can get in contact with those with higher access, I'd be interested in figuring out. I am simply frustrated with how you are unable to exchange versions because you dipped your toes into a game you had no intention of playing fully.

    I hope this context would help me reach a solution.

    Transfer Microsoft points from one gamertag to another

    Call support and let them know you accidently redeemed the code on the wrong account. If none of the points have been spent, they may be able to help you. Otherwise, purchasing the content on the one you redeemed the code on will work for the most part.
    A few items are none transferrable between accounts such as avatar items.
