Purchase of V-Bucks in Microsoft Store on Xbox unsuccessful

I purchased V-bucks in Microsoft Store on my Xbox but the transaction is not in my order history and pending on my bank account. How can I get a refund?

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support!

All you need to do is go to Request an Xbox refund | Xbox Support, sign in using the account that made the purchase, select the item you want a refund for and then request the refund!

After your refund request is approved it shall take from 3 to 5 business days for your money to be back!

If you purchased the V-bucks from the Microsoft/Xbox store, then they can only be redeemed through an Xbox. Have you logged in to an Xbox to check or are you using a PC? I think that if you only use PC, then you should be buying the V-bucks from the Epic store.

Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums with this situation. I understand you purchased V-bucks from the Microsoft store. When you purchase V-bucks from a Microsoft Account the balance of V-bucks gets applied to your Xbox Profile for use on the Xbox
One Version of Fortnite. If you do use the V-bucks to buy whatever skins or gliders or pickaxes you wanted though those items do get applied to your Epic Games account and can be used from the PC as well.

WHY ARE THE V-BUCKS I PURCHASED NOT SHARED ON ALL PLATFORMS?
Currently, only PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Android and Cloud Gaming services support the Fortnite Share Wallet. This means that your V-Bucks balance may change depending on which platform you are on. Examples:

Example 1: 1,000 V-Bucks purchased by PC.

On PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Android and Cloud Gaming services, your balance will be 1,000 V-Bucks.

On Nintendo Switch, your balance will be 0 V-Buck.
