    Purchase of Premium not possible on iPad


    iPad Air 2, iOS 10.2 (14C92), I am trying for days to upgrade to premium, it is not possible. Feedback of the app ist to refer to Microsoft Support Page, Apple Support tells me to contact Microsoft - very funny.

    Can anybody help?

    Can't purchase premium version of solitaire .

    When I try to purchase premium Solitaire on my iPad, I'm getting an error. No number, just "purchase error. The purchase was not completed ."

    Purchase Premium on iOS

    I am unable to purchase a Premium Subscription to Microsoft Solitaire Collection on either my iPad or iPhone running iOS 10.2.

    I do have a Premium Subscription on my Windows 10.

    I also created a new Xbox ID to try to purchase it on my iOS devices and that did not work either.

    Any resolution yet? Same thing happened to me with Microsoft Solitaire PREMIUM (paid annually) app on my iPad!

    Yes, premium content is only available on the account that purchased it. It is not possible to transfer anything between accounts.

    Please check your purchase history. If Battlefield Premium is not listed there then you did not purchase Battlefield Premium on this account. Also, your gamertag is
    not listed as being a Premium member on Battlelog. This either means that your attempting to play the content from the Battlefield Premium on another account or you purchased this on another account.

    It's not possible to have Battlelog connected to your gamertag (found here) and not have the P icon if you said that you purchased it a month ago.

    Is it possible that you were signed in with a different account when you purchased Premium? If so, try signing out of your current account and sign in with an account that you have used previously.

    I'd suggest looking into then just going with the iPad 2 since its supports smartglass and if thats the default reason for purchase there is no need for the better models and iPad 2 is still in circulation.
