    Purchase of item for minecraft


    Greetings,

    I have tried for 3 days to purchase from the website an item for mine-craft and the error says that purchase can not be complete at this time please try later, And I have on 3 separate days.

    This is to be purchased using my Paypal which has now been linked to my Xbox live account.

    Very disappointing.

    No longer receiving Xbox One Minecraft Discount

    I checked through my purchase history and it does not show the Minecraft game for some reason, i assume it may be because i add Microsoft credit to my account and use that to purchase items.

    However in my purchase history there is several Minecraft texture packages, so these should prove i have once owned the game, only a fool would buy texture packages for a game they did not own.

    I also have 40% of Achievements for the game so i obviously played for a period of time.

    I know i played the game online because when i was not connected to the internet my worlds did not appear.

    Texture packs and skin packs i have brought (According to my purchase history)

    The Minecraft upgrade for the Xbox One edition has expired, text from Minecraft “Better Together” update | Xbox & Windows Games

    "If you own the disc version of Minecraft: Xbox One Edition and you have played for at least 5 hours or purchased an item between
    September 2016 and September 2017, you will also receive a digital copy of Minecraft under Ready to install.
    This offer is valid until January 31, 2018, after which time you will need to purchase a digital version of Minecraft."

    It appears that you will need to purchase the new version, as the upgrade offer has ended.

    Assuming you are trying to purchase the item on xbox.com website, can you try to purchase the item on your Xbox console via the Marketplace?

    If you tried to purchase the item on the Xbox Marketplace via your console, please try if you are able to buy the item using Marketplace.xbox.com.

    All your old purchased items should transfer so long as they were bought before the Better Together update. If they were purchased after then you'd have to purchase them again for the XB1 version. All those items are tied to your acct.

    "If you already play Minecraft on a portable device, and you have Marketplace content or Minecraft Coins, these will also be available to you in the new Minecraft version."
