    curious why I was told no to getting a refund of $39.99 I didn’t recieve the cod points and basically was told to suck it up and lose out on my $39.99... Little upsetting.

    The reason it was rejected was probably because it was an in game purchase but the fact that you didnt get the cod points is a whole different matter i recomend contacting xbox support: https://support.xbox.com/

    and make sure to explain the situation fully

    I’m not sure how much more detail is needed i made a purchase last night the game something like “items were lost please restart” so i did and still nothing a day later

    Activision have confirmed that any outstanding COD Points purchases during their service interruption should now see their COD Points balances updated in game. If you do not see your purchase in game, you will need to restart your console.
