Purchase of AC on PSO2 but never received it.

It was hours ago that I had made two purchases, (one being 1000AC for 9.99 and the other being 500AC for 4.99) and I still had never received them in my game. The game is called Phantasy Star Online 2 and I had restarted the game multiple times and relogged
into my account but nothing had happened. Should I wait a bit more or what should I do in this situation?

It can sometimes take up-to 24 hours for things to appear in your account. Double check your purchases and billing history to see if the purchases have shown up there: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

When I made my character I chose to link it to Xbox Live and it linked it to my old account with an old email that wasn't the same as what I was logged into the store with at the time of purchase. Make sure you didn't do the same thing I did

Same issue. I got game pass ultimate just for the pso2 perk. First the perk never showed up for pso2. Checking daily it finally showed. I claimed it. Went in game ans nothing. I contacted pso2 support amd they guided me to their website. Its a free game
however, i have spent money. I understand when things are new and have problems but clearly there is something wrong and nobody knows the answer. The perk says i have till april 16th. But to do what? Ive claimed it and its not showing in game. I got someone
else to play amd they got theirs. Super frustrating. Someone just give me my perk!!!

I purchased two items in the minecraft market place, since the first one didn't appear, and neither did the second one. Can someone help me please?
