    Yes, where you bought it from. Forum support can only assist with items missing from digital purchases, not physical purchases.

    Microsoft Store, Game I wanted Physically but bought Digitally?

    If you just bought it, you can request a refund on the purchase and then purchase the correct item. I don't believe the Microsoft Store sells physical discs anymore.
