    Purchase not working



    • I am trying to purchase Life is Strange Season 1 on my XBox One. I have a 15.00 credit and the game is 4.99. I keep getting a long error code and a "something went wrong" message. This is my first time buying anything on my system. please ideas?? EC28C12E-A880-4492-A51D-65FBAE492F48.

    It's on console and I cant request a refund because I need the order number and I cannot request a refund because I would need the order number from my purchase history but the purchase isn't there.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that all successful purchases are added to our order history in real-time which means that if there is no order history the transaction isn't successful or was purchased on a different account.

    Please check other Microsoft account where you may have purchased the in-game currency.

    In Fact I believe I will need someone to delete the card I have on file to fix the problem. Im in no rush with this situation seeing as how it is so close to xmas, but I figured out the solution to my issue. I have tried to delete the card on file, but it
    is associated with my 12m automatic renewal, I have tried to change that option, but "Ooops! What happened to this page?" over and over. So if it is possible I will need someone with access to my account to go ahead and delete the cards on my account. After
    thats done I should be able to fix the problem. Thanks

    Not sure if thats the sole reason, because I tried a different card and it worked fine. Its just the card I had on file that doesnt work

    • Coaxial Light Machine Gun

    • Belt Speed

    • Autoloader

    • Zoom Optics

    • Maintenance

    These do not give you the automatic unlock points (will give you points as you progress to unlock them by using the vehicles as if you would in the game normally), and they will show as unlocked on your Battlelog profile. This unlock kit does
    not include Mobile Artillery or Tank Destroyer unlocks.

    If you don't have these unlocks for the vehicles in the game then please do the following:

    Delete the shortcut, clear your cache, and re-download the shortcut, and then re-launch the game.
