    Purchase Not Working after Install?


    1. Purchased Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 Deluxe Edition.

    2. Store refreshes. "Oops, Something went wrong" message

    3. Shows Price, like I do not own this game.

    4. Checks Bank account, $34.99 Pending (normal)

    5. TroubleShoot: -Sign out, reset modem, restart, etc.

    6. Checks Microsoft Account (Nothing Appears?)

    7. Checks Xbox App: "Install this Game" (INSTALLED) 25.1GB

    8. Launches Game: "You will need to buy this game" (message)

    9. Try to rebuy game/ Store/ No price/ "You can play this"

    10. Endless loop (#8-9)

    I tried my best to document everything I encountered. I have Screenshots... Obviously, I cannot play this game...?

    I was just able to choose the purchase option again and it allowed me to. Did not double charge my bank account and did not download anything extra since it was already downloaded. Also git the confirmation email from microsoft. What a head ache. Hopefully
    another charge won’t show up on my account. Also, the live status page is showing issues for billing and purchases but details say its for game pass. Hope they notice this issue going on as well. Good luck to eveyone.
