Purchase not transfer to other device

I recently purchased the faithful texture pack ln the market place for 10$ about 20-30 minutes ago on my ios device.

I regularly play on switch but made the purchase ln my ios device cause its easier with itunes and the itunes store.

After a while of trying to figure it out i am unable to use or even get any sign of the purchase on my account i have also purchased the faithful texture pack but that is also not there.

How can i get the texture pack on my device? Would like to know or a refund more my purchase?

Thanks for coming to the forums. Unfortunately, purchased texture packs and such do not transfer from one platform to another. You can submit a request for a refund.

After you submit the request, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that will include instructions on how to keep track of your request.

If you are needing further assistance with the purchase I would suggest to contact Live Support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Please be sure to try the website request refund first, as agents will direct you there anyway. Also you are able to reply to the emails that you will receive from doing the online request directly.

To clarify, a Subscription for Premium is for use on a single device, if you're wanting to use Premium services on another device you'll need a separate subscription. Is the issue that you're unable to purchase a subscription or that you were looking to
transfer it?
