Purchase not showing

I pre-ordered ReCore when the special promotion was getting a Banjo Kazooie game for free if you pre-ordered. I received the free game and ReCore shows up in my games list as downloaded and pre-ordered. However, if I go to the store page, it shows that
I haven't purchased the game, showing the option to buy it for 39.99. I noticed this because I was going to download it on PC as well, but it doesn't show in my purchased games list, while Forza Horizons 3 and Gears of War 4 do show up as ready to download
(games I've also pre-ordered). In short, ReCore doesn't appear to have registered on my account as a purchase but I have the receipt email etc and the game has downloaded onto my Xbox One. Will this fix automatically when the game releases on Tuesday? Or
does something need to be done?

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Since you received your first star, you will now get payback on your purchases. MyVIP payback is calculated as a monthly whole and placed as pending midway through the following month.

purchased Forza horizon 2 on11/4 but still not showing. I have made purchases since that are there. When will the purchase appear?

To clarify, are you signed into the same profile on Windows 10 that purchased the game on the console? How did you purchase the game originally? Was it on Xbox.com or on the Xbox One console?
