    Purchase not showing up on Xbox One s


    My son tried to purchase coins for Forza Horizon 2, the purchases charged my card but did not show up on his game. How do you rectify this with Microsoft? Thanks!

    Thanks Crystal P, he rebooted the Xbox and when he tried to log back into Forza Horizon 2 he got the "check back in a while" message with a service outage that has been reported. The coins do show up in his Xbox purchase history. I suppose we just wait
    until the game is available again.
